Our work

Our Values

We’re proud of our home city, our environment, and our industry. We try our best to support them in every way we can.

  • Plymouth is a brilliant city to forge a career and build a life,.

We’re proud to work with local charities such as Trevi House and Harbour whose phenomenal teams give hope and opportunity to those dealing with trauma.

  • We work in the heart of one of the most beautiful places on earth. From Dartmoor to the coast, our landscapes are breathtaking.

This environment needs protecting. As corporate sponsors and volunteers, we’ve worked with the Campaign for National Parks to ensure that happens.

  • There’s really no other job like it. Every day we are privileged to capture the big moments and amazing stories happening in the world around us.

To ensure those opportunities are available for all, we volunteer as career advisors and mentors in Plymouth’s schools, provide work experience placements for all academic years, and attend careers fairs across the region.

Our City

We take pride in our city and try our best to help it flourish by working alongside organisations and charities that help the city and its people thrive. We’ve worked with charities such as Trevi and Harbour who help to look after our people, keeping the city a safe and welcoming place to be. We also work with local schools, councils and organisations to help the community and economy.

Our Environment

As a team we strive to protect and enrich the environment around us in terms of both the people and the ecosystems. We have two breathtaking landscapes surrounding us - the coast and Dartmoor National Park. Working with organisations such as Campaign for National Parks (CNP) and The Marine Biological Association (MBA) helps to ensure these areas are protected.

Our Industry

It can be difficult to break into the video production industry, so we make a conscious effort to create opportunities for young people in Plymouth. Volunteering as career mentors and advisors across schools in Plymouth allows us to inform and inspire young people, encouraging them to explore their options in the creative industry. We offer work experience placements for all academic years in hopes of heightening their chances of future careers. Additionally, we take on board apprentices allowing people to gain hands-on experience and professional qualifications while earning a salary.
